Trust Bank Investment Limited (TBIL), a fully owned subsidiary of Trust Bank Limited, started its operation on November 14, 2010 by taking over the assets and liabilities of its predecessor, the Merchant Banking Division of Trust Bank Limited. This Merchant Banking Division started operation on May 10, 2008.Trust Bank Investment Limited (TBIL), a fully owned subsidiary of TBL, was incorporated on September 09, 2010 as a Public Limited Company bearing registration No.C-86981/10 under the Companies Act, 1994 in Bangladesh. The authorized capital of TBIL is 5000.00 Million and the paid up capital is 3000.00 Million. The company accorded consent from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission on October 25,2010 as a full- fledged Merchant Bank bearing Certificate No. MB-45/10.
